Four International Video-conference Training Courses to be Held
Four international training courses are held through video-conference with cooperation of the National Iranian Productivity Organization (NIPO) and the Asian Productivity Organization (APO).
As reported by Public Relations of NIPO, the training courses concern productivity and the related issues; including the ‘Green Productivity Course’ 13-16 November, 2017, ‘Food Safety Risk Management in Food Supply Chains’ 20-23 November, 2017, ‘ICT-based Services for Agricultural Extension’, 27-30 November 2017, and ‘Management Innovation in SMEs’ 11-16 December 2017.
Training courses through video-conference are among important training opportunities provided by the APO which are held in all member countries. Each course consists of two stages; at which four to six countries participate online and communicate through video conference.
In these courses, important issues are presented by knowledgeable resource persons of the APO and it is followed by group discussions, site visits, case studies and group presentations.
The benefits of the training courses include providing educational opportunities for a large number of experts, high availability of resource persons and experts of relevant fields, reduction in cost of travels and no spatial or time limitation.
It is note-worthy that the video-conference training course on ‘Management of Customer Satisfaction in Service Sector’ was held this year [21-24 August 2017].
